This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which users of the Fixspire platform ("you" or "User") may cancel their subscriptions and request refunds from IHSUK TECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our").
By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service.
2. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time via the "Settings" or "Membership" section of your account profile. No questions asked.
After Cancellation
You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. Afterward, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
3. Refund Policy
General Rule: Fees paid are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused features.
Exceptions for Refunds
Service Non-Performance
If the platform is unusable for an extended period due to our fault (e.g., server downtime).
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our payment gateway.
To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact support@ihsuktech.com within 7 days of the charge.
4. No Refunds for Data Loss
We are not responsible for, and will not provide refunds for, any loss of data, clients, or revenue experienced from using our service or from the cancellation of your account.
You are solely responsible for exporting and backing up your own User Content before cancelling your subscription.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancelation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here, and we will notify users of significant updates. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
