Please read these terms carefully before using Fixspire. They govern your access to and use of our platform.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fixspire web and mobile platform (the "Service"), operated by IHSUK TECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password.

Data Ownership

You retain all ownership of your data ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree strictly not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Upload or transmit data that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or malicious code.
  • Use automated systems ('bots') to access the Service excessively.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, effective immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your User Content in accordance with our retention policies.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL IHSUK TECH PRIVATE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
